Incorporation and Certification

Sharakpur is a limited liability company incorporated in Washington, District of Columbia, USA (under Title 29, Chapter 3 of the Code of Laws of the District of Columbia, USA). The firm started its operations in Washington, DC, in March 1999. In May 2007, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) accorded Sharakpur a formal certification for the 8(a) status under its Business Development Program.

Core competencies & Achievements

Top priority will be accorded to public health and review of public resource allocation—to areas with quick returns to the economy considering the Covid-19 crisis. Sharakpur's competencies are composed of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Diagnostic analyses of public expenditures on Governance, Human Capital, and Institutional Capacity.
- Technical advice on the delivery of services—including social sectors, stability, and state-building.
- Outcome evaluations (ex-ante and ex post) of projects, programs, and policies—including health, education, social welfare, and other human services.

technological development.
- Regional focus on Central Asia and the Middle East, particularly on those countries facing emergencies and mid-conflict/fragile situations.
